The impact of COVID 19 is having far reaching effects on us all, but we recognise that many businesses still need to operate throughout this crisis and beyond and as such will continue to require supplies.
We would like to assure all our customers that the health and safety of our Bluefish family is our absolute priority. Therefore, in line with the government’s guidance we have taken the decision to reduce the number of personnel within our business, provide additional measures to ensure health and wellbeing and allow people to work remotely.
Our teams have worked tirelessly to reduce any impact felt by you the customer and although we are not quite “business as usual”, we are open and operational between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, to help you with any queries or requirements you may have.
Orders will continue to be processed and dispatched through our website or usual sales lines and we are striving to maintain our high level of service, however, we can no longer guarantee next business day delivery for all customers and some order may slip to a 48hr service.
Priority for shipments will be given to the NHS, doctor’s surgeries, Health and Social Care, educational establishments and other key public services. We appreciate your understanding and patience with this decision.
We will continue to accept online orders through our website as normal and through our normal sales lines.
